This beautiful 2nd story loft suite (accessed by stairs only) is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Winona MN on Third Street! Everything Winona and the downtown area has to offer is within close proximity. Examples include: Coffee shops, restaurants, cocktail lounges, bars, brewery, Winona State University, Mississippi River, Lake Winona, hiking Shakespeare Festival, Minnesota Marine Art Museum, & much more! Please allow us to make your next stay in beautiful Winona a memorable one! The space This beautiful apartment has been recently finished in the heart of downtown Winona MN! In order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, we have provided many amenities in this apartment. DISCLOSURE: This unit is on the second level with Third and 2nd Street just below. Winona has a fairly vibrant nightlife (especially on the weekends) for its size with many restaurants/bars/beer garden in the area. There is a possibility for urban noise throughout the day/night. We provide black out blinds and thick black out curtains to block light/sound. We also provide a sleep sound machine that produces brown noise to help reduce any unwanted noise. Ultimately, this suite is located in a urban setting and some exterior noise can occur. Normally it is a very quiet place but we want to make aware of the possibility of urban noise. You will have access to a full kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, stainless steel appliances (full stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator). The living room has a full size sectional couch, 70 in 4K TV with Hulu Live TV (45 cable channels), Roku Smart TV ( can be used for Netflix, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc) and fast free Wifi. The bathroom is designed with a 24 in vanity and tiled walk in shower. The bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, large south facing window, room darkening drapes and blinds. Finally, feel free to use the in unit laundry just off the entry way. Laundry detergent will be provided Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment. approx 1000 sq ft. NO SHARED SPACE IN THE SUITE PARKING: There is a public parking lot just outside of the rear entrance to the building. NOTE: This parking lot allows over night parking on EVEN NIGHTS ONLY from Nov 15th - March 15th. There are many signs posted in the parking lot with information on where/how to park. On ODD nights, guests can park on the street or in other public parking lots with one block from the apartment. During the warmer months, March 15th- Nov 15th- the public lot is available every day of the week. Detailed parking instructions will be provided in the self check in guide for all guests. Other things to note NOTE: The windows in this unit are sealed/locked/nonfunctioning- except for right bedroom window. This window does open in case of emergency and need for a second egress.
