Welcome to our spacious 3BR, 2BA home on Shasta Lake! Just a short walk to Sugarloaf Marina and easy lake access—perfect for water lovers! Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and a game room for fun with family and friends. Relax on our spacious deck after a day at the lake or outdoor excursion to the Lake Shasta Caverns just minutes down the road. A home ideal for families and friends seeking a memorable stay close to swimming, boating fishing and outdoor adventures. The space Discover the perfect getaway where relaxation and adventure meet! Our cozy accommodations offer a delightful escape for you and your loved ones. We're pleased to provide comfortable overnight stays with a limit of three adults per bedroom, allowing for a total of nine adults, along with children under 16 who are always welcome, making it perfect for up to 15 guests in total. Our three-car garage has been transformed into an exciting game room for both kids and adults. You can unwind on the sofa with some popcorn and a movie, or engage in friendly competition with billiards, ping pong, connect four and arcade basketball – endless fun awaits! For water enthusiasts, there's an array of activities to relish, from skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, and kayaking to paddleboarding and fishing. If you prefer a more serene experience, simply bask in the temperate waters. Sugarloaf, conveniently nearby, offers easy access to a boat ramp and ample parking. We book up for the summers so don’t wait to get your chance to book this awesomely located house! Please keep in mind that Shasta is a reservoir, and water levels may vary due to weather conditions. You can easily check the average water levels online and get visual updates from the Caltrans cameras. Even with lower water levels, our house still offers stunning lake views. Explore the local wonders with several hiking trails, a 20-minute drive to Lake Shasta Caverns, thrilling mountain biking, off-roading adventures, and visits to breathtaking waterfalls. Winter enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that our home is just an hour's drive away from the Mt. Shasta Ski Park! Our neighborhood is a peaceful and family-oriented community. While there are other rentals on our street, we all value mutual respect, especially during quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is NOT a party house and parties of any kind will not be tolerated. If a party is thrown tenants will immediately be evicted from the property. Parking is available for up to three vehicles. You'll find three convenient parking spaces at the top of our slightly steep driveway. If you have additional vehicles, don't worry; extra parking is available at Sugarloaf Marina. We can't wait to welcome you to our haven of relaxation and adventure! Guest access Guests have full access to the home including the game room in the garage. Access to the home is via steep stairs to the main deck. Other things to note Cleaning fee is $275 A Ring doorbell is installed at the front door as well as 2 Ring cameras on both ends of the lower deck. These are the only security/ recording devices on the property. County restrictions prohibit outdoor burning ( except gas firepit on the main deck). It is the responsibility of the tenant to be familiar with and understand Shasta County Code 17 relating to short term rentals. Any violation will be cause for immediate removal of tenant. Basics like paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner are provided to get your stay started however depending on the group you may need to purchase more for longer stays.
