Two units are on the ground level and two are upstairs, each with their own private entrance and designated parking space. You’ll have full access to your unit and assigned parking during your stay, along with convenient proximity to beach access points and the surrounding neighborhood. The building’s layout allows for a more residential, peaceful experience—perfect for those who appreciate a quiet beach retreat while still being close to all the action. Other things to note 1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit 2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB 3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC. 4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period. 5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. 6. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)
