Renovated Victorian Heritage home perfect for your Ballarat stay The space Large heritage listed home c1885 with multiple spaces to relax and unwind during your stay in Ballarat. Lovely gardens complement various living areas and comfortable bedrooms that together can play host to work groups, larger parties and family escapes. To ensure your comfort in the cooler months, the home has hydronic heating throughout, electric blankets in each bedroom and a private 4-6 person Scandinavian Sauna! Guest access Guests have access to the entire main house and garden on the half acre block. This includes a paved outdoor space with BBQ and seperate Sauna exclusively for guests. There is a smaller detached building at the back of the block which is sometimes occupied and has its own seperate access from the street behind. Other things to note The house is fully furnished and creatively decorated throughout. This includes a curated set of items collected by the host over many years to complement the atmosphere of what was originally the first women’s and children’s refuge on the goldfields.
