Welcome to Baum Diggity Hog House! We're less than 1 mile off I-49, less than 1 mile from Baum Walker Stadium, 1.5 miles from the University of Arkansas & 2 miles to Kessler Mountain! Convenience is key here and you won't be able to beat the location in Fayetteville. Our newly remodeled home is well furnished with cozy beds and plush couches as well as a nice big smart TV for streaming sports, movies or shows after exploring Fayetteville. Stay with us and experience all these cozy conveniences! The space As you arrive you're greeted with great curb appeal and a cute front porch to soak in the fresh Fayetteville air! Walking into the home you'll notice a spacious living room with cozy couches and a large smart TV for streaming from your own accounts any sports, movies or shows you'd like. Across from the living room is a dining area with seating for 4 and a fully stocked kitchen that has been recently updated with new appliances, countertops, paint, etc. Our kitchen DOES NOT have a dishwasher so please be aware that we ask guests to wash their dishes as part of the check out instructions. Just off of the kitchen/dining area is the garage which we have converted to a game room with darts, board games, arcade games, etc. There is an additional table and 4 chairs for dining or games in the garage. From the garage you can take the exterior door to the backyard where you'll find a wide open and nicely shaded yard space! Coming back inside you can venture to the back of the home to find a split floor plan of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom and an en-suite half bathroom are to your left with 2 guest bedrooms to the right. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway which has a large walk in shower with sliding glass door. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the guest bedrooms have full size beds. All bedrooms have closet space and dressers for clothes storage. If you need to do some laundry during your stay we have full size laundry located in the garage. We'd love to host you at Baum Diggity Hog House! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. The garage is setup as a game room and we ask that no vehicles or motorcycles be pulled into the garage. Bicycles only. We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Other things to note Parties will not be tolerated! We Do NOT have a dishwasher so please be aware that we ask guests to wash any dishes they use and place on the drying rack provided. Being located in the heart of southern Fayetteville it is incredibly walk and bike friendly! We're only 1 mile from Baum Walker Stadium and 2 miles from Kessler Mountain Regional Park & Mountain Biking Trails. You a can bike on sidewalks and greenway trials all the way to Kessler Mtn.
