Near Ector County Coliseum and 2 major roads in Odessa: Andrews Hwy and 42nd street. Near Dos Amigos bar and Grill for food/drinks after work and easy access to restaurants, mall, grocery, shopping centers, gas stations all on 42nd st. We do not hold dates (please do not ask) due to past experiences where guests ask us to do so, then never inform us their plans changed so that we could open the dates again. If you need to extend, that is fine, but keep in mind the calendar is open, and others may reserve the days you need so please be sure to reserve the days you need ahead of time. The same way the place was ready for you, it needs to be ready for the next guest. Please verify with your employer/event organizer that you are booking the correct days you need and read the **cancellation policy** you are agreeing to before booking. If you need a refund, please refer to the cancellation policy. Guest access This listing is set to accommodate 2 guests. Vehicles with people other than the guests may be towed without notice. Other things to note Please throw away trash accumulated during stay at the big blue trashcan adjacent to the block wall. On final day, any trash inside will be taken out by us. Accumulating trash inside or leaving filled trashbags outside will attract animals. No pets No smoking A/C is temperature locked to not lower below 68F
