Situated in the best center of Ulsan Mountain, yet at the quiet "Ulsan stay", you will feel at home. It is located in Samsan-dong, which has the most central commercial area of Ulsan. Various amenities such as department store, movie theater, up square, and bus terminal are within a 5-minute walk. There are many floating people from young to middle-aged and middle-aged people in the central commercial world, and various types of restaurants are also known. The location of the accommodation is central, but it is located adjacent to Ulsan Shilla Stay, quiet and free from noise, and it offers cozy and comfort like your own home. The space 1. Room 1 has 2 queen beds and air conditioning, and can accommodate 4 people. 2. Room 2 has 1 queen bed and 1 super single bed, and can accommodate 3 people. ※ For 3 or less people, we have a rule to use only 1 room, so please follow it. 3. The living room has a dining table for 7 people, TV, and air conditioner. Amenities include a hot and cold water purifier, coffee machine, microwave, steam iron, dryer, hair straightener, hair comb, and first aid kit. You can also watch premium Netflix at any time. In addition, a booklet with information about the accommodation is provided. 4. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Amenities include cleansing foam, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower towels, body lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush set, soap, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. The washing machine and dryer in the bathroom are for accommodation management, so please refrain from using them, and if necessary, please use them after consulting with the host. Also, please use the shower curtain when showering. 5. Safety facilities include a fire alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, hardness tester, and external CCTV. ※ The property is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
