The Vineyard View

Our beautiful vacation apartment is located in the middle of the vineyards. The view of the vineyards from the 100 square meter terrace is breathtaking. Barbecue facilities are available on the terrace. A garage for storing bicycles (incl. charging facilities for e-bikes) is also available as well as car parking spaces (subject to charge!!!) 100 metres from the house. The Moselle is on the opposite side of the street and it is about a 10-minute walk to Zell's old town. The space You can expect a lovingly furnished apartment that impresses with its simplicity and attention to detail. The apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and a very spacious bedroom and living room. In the kitchen, we have painstakingly uncovered the original slate wall typical of the Moselle - an absolute highlight of the apartment. From the kitchen you have a great view of the extensive vineyards. The huge terrace rounds off the whole thing. It is a wonderful place to relax: Garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue are available for you to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. This is where you realize why the apartment is called what it is: The Vineyard View! Guest access The entire apartment on the 1st floor, including a 100 m² terrace and a garage, is at your disposal. Motorcycles, bicycles or baby carriages can be parked in the garage, which is located directly on the street. Our house is located directly on the connecting road between Zell and the Merl district. Therefore, there may be some traffic during the day on weekdays. Other things to note Since April 2025, the town of Zell has decided to charge for parking in front of our house. daily from 8.00 to 18.00 chargeable Parking fees: first ½ hour: free ticket next 30 minutes: € 0.50 each additional hour: € 1.00 for one day (day ticket): € 10.00 for one week (7 days, “weekly ticket”): 50,00 € Free parking is available in the entire town of Merl (250 m away). A public parking lot in Zell-Merl (600 m away) is also available. For loading and unloading you can drive directly in front of our house!
