This sofa bed is very firm. Please note that we do not provide bedding for the sofa bed and if you wish to use it, please bring your bedding. PETS: we welcome your dogs only with the following conditions - Weighs less than 50lbs - They are house trained - Will be kept off of furniture and beds - You can bring your own beds/crates and towels for your dog to use - You will clean up after any waste on the exterior of the property Guest access The entire home is for your exclusive use. Other things to note We provide limited quantities (starter supply) of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, and hand soap. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly. Please note that we do not provide bedding for the sofa bed and if you wish to use it, please bring your own bedding. As this is in a condo, there will be times that condo management will require access to your unit with their master key. We will do our best to inform you of such access but should there be an emergency, condo management may need to access without prior notice. You will need to comply with this entry, please. Please also note that condo management controls the limits on heating and air conditioning. You may be able to adjust it within their defined ranges. Condo management also controls when heating and air conditioning is made available during the year and temperature settings are beyond the host's control By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability.
