Welcome ! I rent a charming room in my apartment located in Yverdon-les-bains. Who I am: I am very sociable, I am 30 years old, and I speak Italian, English and French. The space The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (including mine), a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a hallway that connects all the rooms. Guest access With your rental, you will have access to all rooms in the apartment, with the exception of my private bedroom. You are invited to feel at home, but it is important to respect the place, therefore a clean and neat person. If you are traveling with your pet, they are welcome as long as they are clean and not left home alone. For your convenience, a washing machine is available in the building and I can provide a card for its use. If necessary, the housekeeper can also offer you laundry services at low prices. During your stay I am very sociable and I will be happy to provide you with useful information and share pleasant moments in front of the television or while eating something. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Other things to note I would like to specify that I only accept people who are clean and respectful of the space. I do not tolerate men who have ambiguous remarks or behaviors towards me (or possibly towards my guests).
