Welcome to our Garden View Airbnb, a tranquil coastal retreat in Beachlands. Our 2-bedroom sanctuary situated under our main home offers serene garden views, a cozy fire pit, and wood-fired oven for homemade pizzas. Enjoy the melody of native birds and a family-friendly outdoor wonderland. Inside, find a comfortable queen-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment options like a 60 inch TV and Wi-Fi. Relax in the spa pool, or explore the nearby Maraetai Beach and Pine Harbour Marina. The space Inside, you'll discover a comfortable queen-size bed in the main bedroom with sliding doors that open to the living area, allowing you to enjoy TV time from the comfort of your own bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, a convenient kitchen leaner, tea, coffee, milk and some other basics ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. A washer/ dryer is also provided for your convenience, allowing you to pack light and stay fresh throughout your visit. For entertainment enthusiasts, we offer a 60-inch flat-screen TV with freeview and all your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Neon, and YouTube. Additionally, a sound bar is available for movie nights or for chilling to some sounds. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, and make use of the full fridge freezer and a separate drinks fridge in the bar area. The bathroom features a fully tiled shower and a toilet, and the second bedroom offers a king single bed with a pull-out trundle for an additional guest to sleep on the floor level. Just steps from your sliding doors, you'll find a 5-seater spa pool, perfect for unwinding, and a spacious macrocarpa table with bar stools, offering mesmerizing garden views. Families with babies, toddlers and older kids can make use of our portable cot, trampoline and playhouse. Please note that our home is not wheelchair accessible, and accessing it involves a few stairs. Parking is available on the street or down the side of our house for your convenience. If you have little ones, supervision is required when using the playhouse. We have a cat named Frank and Cocker Spaniel puppy called Louie that you may see around the place. They are friendly and love to say hi. Also please note the 2 bedroom home is underneath our main family home where we live full time. The backyard is a shared space with us. However you have your own deck and exclusive use of the spa. We don’t accept 3rd party bookings, unless you are a business booking for your staff. Please ensure your booking is for you and the guests you’re travelling with. Be sure to check out the online guidebook for local sightseeing, food and playground info! Guest access The downstairs unit is fully self contained, private to you. With private use of the spa. ACCESS TO TO THE PROPERTY: Please note there are around 10 steps if you access the property down the back end of the house. Or Access to the property at the front of the house has a slight steep incline down towards the garden with around 3 steps down into the garden area. Other things to note Our home is approximately 40mins from the airport depending on traffic / time of day. Peak hour and rainy days may take a little longer. We suggesting checking google maps prior to leaving. The location makes it a great starting point for your arrival to NZ or a finishing point when leaving. We find people enjoy unwinding after long flights in our peaceful home. As this property is a minor dwelling (65sqm) it is more suited to 2-3 adults. Or a family of 2 adults and 2 children sharing the small back room. Happy to accommodate 4 adults, but please be aware there is only one couch as per the pictures. The large table outside does seat 6 people. Pets: We welcome small to medium well behaved dogs. Big dogs may struggle as the unit is small. We have a large back yard which is fenced. The driveway has a gate which will need to be open and closed to allow cars in and out. We just ask that you pick up after your dog from the grass area and keep them off the furniture. There is an off leashes dog park at the end of Constellation drive for some good walking. You will need to bring your own pet bed, and bowls. Also do please be mindful we have a cat and a puppy on site so your dog must be well socialised and fully vaccinated.
