This wonderful holiday villa for 8 people is located in the beautiful "La Sella Golf & Spa" development. The villa offers ocean views, spectacular Montgó views, and views of the Sella Golf Resort's 27 holes. The pleasant coastal town of Dénia is a 10-minute drive away. The lively coastal town of Jávea with its fantastic sandy beach "El Arenal" can be easily reached by car in 20 minutes. The space The villa has a cozy living room with comfortable furniture, a fireplace, and a TV with Dutch channels. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and Nespresso coffee maker. In the separate laundry room you will find a washer and dryer. Ca Aldefa has four spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of them en suite. Two bedrooms have doors that open onto the beautiful terrace. All bedrooms on the ground floor have 2 single beds that can easily be placed side by side if desired. The private bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and has a toilet, shower, and sink. The master bedroom is on the first floor. This spacious room with a king-size bed (200x200) has a large private bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Next to this bedroom you will find a large rooftop terrace with incredible views, including a beautiful ocean view. All the bedrooms have AC. The villa is located on approximately 1000m2 of land and is completely fenced. The villa has a large swimming pool that can be accessed directly from the living room. The partially covered terrace is wonderful for relaxing at any time of day. Relax on your sun lounger, read a book under the umbrella, or enjoy a barbecue at night.
