This could be a perfect place for your kids to play. The house is in quiet neighborhood. My place is 15 minutes' drive from DFW airport. Northeast mall is 3.1 mile away, ATNT stadium is 7 miles away and Fort Worth stockyard is 15 minutes' drive from my place. Dallas downtown is 25 minutes' drive from my home if you want to visit JFK museum. The space We have 3 rooms to rent. 2 rooms could share common full bathroom. Master bedroom has attached full bathroom. Living area got half bathroom. There is a dedicated open workspace. Guest access Guest will have access to kitchen, living room, garden, an open space to meditate or work. Laundry room and garage. Other things to note i am very easy person to deal with and of course with zero attitude :).
