My house is about 40 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown Washington D.C with all the attractions. Street parking is available right at the entrance of the community. Grocery Stores & Restaurants are 5 mn away and the closest laundromat "Speedy Laundromat" is about 7 mn away. Other things to note Due to limited parking in the neighborhood, please do not park on anyone spot even for couple minutes.
