Relaxing vacation for a quiet break or pleasant business stay in our lovingly and modernly furnished and newly renovated bright apartment (approx. 110 m², 2 balconies) on the 1st upper floor of a single-family house. It is located in rural Meerbusch and is a perfect starting point for, for example, city trips and cultural activities by car. The apartment offers an open kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies. Free parking on the premises. The space The apartment offers an open well-equipped kitchen (stove / oven / dishwasher / fridge-freezer, there is a normal coffee maker for powder coffee and a Tchibo caffissimo for capsules), a large bright living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms (double bed / single bed and functional sofa), 1 bathroom with tub and shower as well as 2 balconies, partly covered. A travel crib with mattress (without bedding) and a high chair can be provided. Please note that the apartment is not childproof (e.g. outlet covers / cabinet locks). Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal: 2 bedrooms, open kitchen with large living room, hallway area with workplace, bathroom, 2 balconies. Key handover takes place via key-safe at the front door. Other things to note We will gladly provide a fireplace set (firewood / firewood and matches) as well as a one-time user manual on request. The use of the oven is possible from October to March. One-time change of bed linen and towel sets are provided free of charge.
