The full bath does feature a full stand shower with jetted tub. This two level home has a full kitchen with gas stove and has a firestick for the TV on the main level and second full bath and bedrom with laundry and ROKU tv on the lower level. (wifi included). ACCESS TO LOWER LEVEL is past the kitchen to the right of the garage areas. Easy access to hwy 441 and restaurants and stores! Events such as bridal showers and weddings can be hosted for an extra fee..and must be preapproved by host. No indoor house parties, large gatherings will be allowed. Rate is set at an occupancy of 2 and each additional occupant is at $25/day. Maximum occupancy is at 7. No guests/visitors other than ones listed on the reservation. We may ask for government ID for any guest who has no prior reviews and is new to Airbnb during a reservation booking. This is a policy we follow to keep us in compliance for the platform rules. We also may require each guest to be listed on the reservation with their identity verified with Airbnb.. Dogs allowed with pet fee and must be listed and approved at time of booking. NO CATS.
