The village is 13 km from Mayrhofen and 30 km from the famous Hintertuxer Glacier. You can ski on the glacier during the summer. The cabin-lift in Kaltenbach will take you to the ski-area. You'll find more than 80 km of ski-runs there. There is no sauna at the property. The apartment is at an altitude of 850 metres. It was built recently and is in a modern style. The up-to-date kitchen has a wealth of built-in equipment. There are two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The house is in a cul-de-sac in a delightful, quiet area.
