The space Welcome to our charming and cozy cottage, where comfort meets convenience in a compact 410 sq ft haven. Our property can facilitate up to 3 guests, but does contain only one Queen Bed (air mattress provided). The heart of our cottage is a comfortable living space with a reclining love seat with cupholders, a rocking recliner, a Smart TV (RokuTV), and wireless internet (fiber), providing a fast online experience whether you want to watch your favorite shows and movies or you need to work remotely. The bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a closet to make you feel right at home. The bathroom features a shower, a classic pedestal sink, and a toilet. Also, there you will find a full-sized washer and dryer, ensuring you have the convenience of fresh laundry during your stay. We've got you covered with complimentary laundry soap and dryer sheets, as well as other basic cleaning necessities. Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Although there's no dishwasher, we do have a coffee and tea bar, ensuring you can savor your favorite brews at any time. The space contains an electric oven and cooktop, a large sink, a full-size refrigerator, a kitchen table with 2 chairs, a microwave, crockpot, and a toaster. Enjoy the covered porch with a cup in hand and enjoy the surrounding views. We've got you covered with plenty of blankets for a comfortable evening watching the sunset or under the stars. Guest access You'll be given a unique passcode for the front door of the cottage at the beginning of your stay. We will do our best to leave the front light on for you. We will give you your privacy, but please also respect ours. Feel free to feed the chickens (they'll be your new best friend), pet the dogs and cats, goats and pig (just don't let them inside), or hold the bunnies. We just ask that you keep the gates closed. Other things to note We offer a dozen farm-fresh chicken eggs as a welcome gift to you. Let us know what's bringing you for a visit and we'll do our best to make sure your stay is the best. On our property, we use well water and have a septic. Please be mindful to not dump grease or food waste into the sinks, and do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, etc. in toilet. We do our very best to use environmentally-friendly cleaning products.
