Memories Kalathos

Stunning sea views in Kalathos village near Lindos. Memories Kalathos is a modern semi-attached house situated in the quiet village of Kalathos only a few minutes away from historic Lindos. The space Memories Kalathos is accessed by a large staircase leading to the front door and to the remarkable courtyard. The front door opens to a lovely living area furnished with a comfy sofa, coffee table and smart TV. There is an extra bed in the corner which can comfortably accommodate a 5th person. From the living area a few steps lead up to a fully equipped kitchen with dining table seating 6; oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, micro wave and dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a small bathroom with shower enclosure. There is direct access from the kitchen to a cosy courtyard with a canopy dining area with stunning sea views and a brick built bbq with sink for creating unforgettable barbecue dinners. From the kitchen a staircase leads to the upper floor comprising two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to form a large double bed, a wardrobe and large panoramic windows with stunning views to the sea. The bathroom on this floor is shared and has a shower enclosure. From both bedrooms there is direct access to a shared furnished balcony with great views to the sea and the surrounding area. There is private parking in the street just outside the entrance gate. The house has many steps and levels and is therefore not suitable for persons with restricted mobility. Please also be aware that we have no safety gates on the staircases so small children should never be left unattended. Other things to note We provide you with beach towels - one less thing to pack! Inside the house you will find an information book (in English). The house is cleaned for your arrival and a spare set of linen and towels is also provided. Registration Details 00002330293
