Chalupa U Vršitých

Silence wakes you in the morning; in the evening there's a fire in the pit and fifteen people around one table. Chalupa U Vršitých is a renovated 190 m² house standing on its own in the Šumava foothills, rented to one group at a time. Six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen you can genuinely cook for a crowd in. A tiled stove for cold evenings, an orchard and terrace for warm ones. Nobody else stays here. The whole house and grounds are yours. The space Six bedrooms, 15 beds in total: bunk bed (sleeps 2) double bed (2) double bed (2) double bed and bunk bed (4) two double beds (4) single bed (1) Bed linen and towels are provided; every bedroom has a wardrobe. Ground floor: living room with tiled stove, dining room with a large table, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine), bathroom and WC. Outside: covered terrace with seating and grill, fire pit, garden with orchard, parking at the house. Guest access The entire house and grounds are yours, for your group only. Nobody else stays here during your visit. Other things to note Family celebrations and group holidays are welcome – that's what the house is for. We don't host stag or hen parties or loud events. Dogs are welcome. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Firewood for the stove and fire pit is included. A deposit of CZK 3,000 is required and refunded once the house is handed back. Upper floors are reached by stairs only.
