Description

Umina beach house is a newly renovated light filled house nestled between the beach and bush. Surrounded by beautiful beaches, national parks and backing onto a creek, it is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Perfect for families, or small groups. The space Featuring four bedrooms, with a fifth living room able to accommodate two extra people as needed, Umina House has enough space for a large family, multiple families or couples. It also includes two living spaces with smart televisions, a reading nook and piano for those who may be musically inclined. Two bathrooms (one with a free-standing bath) and a powder room feel like sanctuaries and are a place where you can wash away the salt and sun from a day spent outside in the garden or at the beach. Food is the language of love and the well-stocked large kitchen, with open sliding windows onto the deck, is perfect for hosting a summer meal. With a large dining room suitable for up to 12 guests, or multiple outdoor eating areas you have everything you need to make mealtime memories. With an inbuilt trampoline and lots of toys and games, children are welcomed, included and occupied during your holiday. Styled with handmade pottery, original artworks and coastal linen, we want you to feel at home and relaxed as soon as you arrive. Regardless of the size of your group, you will find many quiet nooks throughout the property to sit and relax.
