Bright apartment with terrace and fantastic sea views. Located in a quiet and central area, just 5 minutes from the center of town and the beach.   The apartment distributed on one floor, consists of: - Living-dining room with sofa-bed and exit to the terrace of 12m2. - Fully equipped kitchen - One double bedroom  - A bathroom with shower Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment doesn't have baby equipment. The apartment does not have air conditioning. It has two fans. Coffee maker: Dolce Gusto capsule machine The key collection will be at the real estate agency from 16h to 19h. The building where the apartment is located has a public parking where you can easily park during the low/mid season. In high season, in case of not finding a parking space, you can park at Riera Sant Vicenç (free - from March to November, you need to collect your car on Sunday afternoon as there's a weekly market on Monday) or at Parking SABA (25€/day). Both are located at the entrance to the village and about 3-4 minutes' walk from the apartment.  You can also park in the free parking located in front of We Camp Cadaqués (direction Portlligat - 10/15 minuts from the apartment). To the established price of the stay will be added the amount of 1,75€ per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights only for occupants over 16 years old which is an established tourist tax (Law 5/2012 APPROVED on March 20). Payment of the fee is required upon arrival at the agency. Cleanliness is one of the aspects that we never neglect in our tourist apartments.
