Coco Loco Wynwood, part of the Coco Loco Holiday Future family, is our Chic Oasis in Wynwood where you can experience Luxury Living next to Miami's Artistic District. Coco Loco's luxury experience includes access to a beautiful rooftop pool, beauty spa, complete gym, golf putting green, outdoor BBQ patio and cabana lounges. You also have access to your own parking spot during your stay as well as 24 hour building access. Other things to note The HOA of our unit simply requires that our guests pay a 1-time, $50 check-in fee per couple, family or single adult.
