(The Wall Street residential beach entrance is not subject to “customary use restrictions”. You can take beach chairs to use or there is a vendor for beach chair set-up, Additionally, you can walk east for about a mile with ease.) This property is a beautiful three story house that looks directly to the beach. It was built in 2013. The first floor includes two bedrooms with queen size beds that share a Jack & Jill bath. Each bedroom has patio access. The second floor includes a large open floor plan that contains the kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, and one bedroom, (queen bed), and a full bath. All of these rooms look directly to the beach and have access to a large screened porch for guests to enjoy for entertaining or just spending time with family. Views from the screen porch are fantastic! The third floor has the master bedroom suite with a king bed and bath. This floor also has a screened porch for guests to relax and enjoy watching the evening sunset. The house also includes: Expanded Cable with HDTV, Wireless Internet, and DVD players as well as a well-stocked kitchen.
