This centrally located home offers character, art, and room to spread out. From the inviting brick front porch to the bonus attic room everyone will find their comfort space. There is a large bedroom, full bath, dining room, living room, and large kitchen on the main floor. The second-floor features 3 bedrooms and a large bath. Head up to the relaxation zone offering a tv and comfortable furnishings. The partially fenced yard offers green space, outdoor patio furniture and oversized jenga set. The space This home is almost 100 years old!!! It has many updates yet we’ve tried to keep as much character as possible. We have as many original door knobs as possible- keeping this in mind some may have quirks. Mainly closets. Overall I think we’ve managed a good balance and hope you enjoy the space as much as we do. Guest access The whole home is for your use. We have the garage locked we use it for storage. The basement we use for storage but you have access to the washer and dryer. There is a door off the kitchen to keep children and animals out. We have a code on the front door. Once we have checked over the home and our cleaning person is out we pass on the check in info. Only leave through this door to avoid getting locked out. Other things to note -We are pet friendly!! We charge a $100/stay fee collected at the time of booking (please add your pets as guests). -Please send me a note that you are bringing them with a short description about your pet(s). - please be sure to pick up after your furry friends in the yard.
