This spacious three-bedroom haven boasts air conditioning in the living areas, complemented by an expansive covered outdoor deck that flows into the pool and BBQ area. This renovated retro gem is tucked away on a tranquil street, far from the clamor of the world. The Bundy Broadway serves as the perfect haven to unwind after your adventures, allowing you to explore the lush farmlands that enrich this vast culinary paradise, and the ocean that beckons towards the Southern Great Barrier Reef. The space 3 spacious bedrooms, decked out with 2 King beds and 2 singles. Each room is breezy and bright, thanks to multiple windows and ceiling fans. The Master has its own front patio access to catch both sunrise and sunset views. A bathroom that boasts a shower and separate bath, while the toilet gets its own dedicated space. The air-conditioned living area has 2 x3 seater couches, room for 6 at the dining table, and a work-from-home spot. The full kitchen has everything you need to keep the crew feed and watered. An airfryer if you want something quick and a slow cooker if you want something slow. A coffee machine and cocktail shaker. But the real star of the show is outside: a sparkling pool and a deck to soak up the rays, along with an undercover BBQ area to grill up some goodness. Extras: All beds are made with fresh quality linens Bedroom 3 and Master has block out curtains One bath towel per guest is supplied Pantry staples along with tea coffee & milk Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher balls are supplied for the first few days of your stay. Outdoor glassware is provided, please no glass by the pool. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and yard with the exception of the garage and back shed. Guests have access to the driveway infront on the garage. Please keep the far driveway free at all times. Other things to note Please practice safety around the pool area at all times. Ensure the pool gate is always latched closed and children are supervised at all times. The pool will be serviced every few days during your stay. The lawns may be serviced during your stay also. The house is split level and has several steps within the house. Please be mindful of small children and the less mobile to avoid any accidents. As this is a very peaceful suburban area, excess noise is to be kept to a minimum. Also please note this is a non-smoking house. We ask for air con and other appliances to be turned off when leaving the premises for insurance purpose and environmental consideration. The air con is very effective and will cool down the space quickly. All windows can be locked open to allow breeze to come thru while you are out and about.
