Guests will have access to all pools, Clubhouse and Fitness room while visiting Anasazi Village Condominiums. Other things to note Other things to Note: 1. Guests will be required to fill out a Tenant Registration Form for the Anasazi Village HOA with car details i.e. Make, Model, Color, License Plate and Terms of lease. 2. Guest also required to sign rental contract detailing HOA rules/regulations to adhere to during stay. 3. Electric bill is capped at $150.  Guest will be responsible for overage prorated for days used during the billing period. 4. Accidental rental insurance is included within the cleaning fee 5. The pet weight limit is 20 lbs per HOA rules. Only 2 pets per unit. 6. Electric vehicle charging is available for a fee directly across the street from the complex.
