Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this central point. Can get to the well known Kingdom Trails for mountain biking in all 4 seasons as well as XC skiing, snowshoeing during winter within 5 minute drive, or can easily leave this Air B & B and ride to the mountain bike trails. Also the Burke mountain ski resort is 5 miles away. Many places to dine from local or 10 minutes away in next town over are other options as well. Many hiking mountains nearby with beautiful views. The space This is a fully finished downstairs of a residential home. You will have a separate entry way. Full bathroom with walk in shower. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Large living room, TV and WIFI . Very cozy. You will also have an area with mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and a sitting space with table and chairs. Guests will be treated to Green Mt. VT coffee, cocoa, granola bars, and popcorn while you enjoy some relaxing time watching a movie. Also a wine opener is supplied. Guest access You will have a separate entranceway. Residential house so owners might be on upper level but also most of time during summer owners are at another location but within 5 minutes if guests have concerns or needs. Other things to note In backyard area you will have access to a fire pit with chairs. For you bikers, a stand to wash or work on your bikes after a great day of riding at one of the most amazing mountain bike venues. This area location is quiet and private.
