The space There are three bedrooms upstairs and an office on the main floor and each has its own attached bathroom: The 1st and primary bedroom has a king bed and a smart tv. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The main floor office / 4th bedroom has a queen blow-up mattress and a pack-n-play in the closet that can be set-up by guest if desired. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the master bedroom closet and garage. There is street parking. Other things to note There is an ADU (carriage house) above the garage that is sometimes tenant occupied. It is separately gated and fenced and there are no shared spaces and the ADU and house are completely private from each other. Guests will not have access to the ADU and the tenant does not have access to the house. Also, please note this is a personal residence so you will find the master closet locked off, and be mindful there can/ will be food in the pantry. The house is professionally cleaned before and after your stay. We have a golden retriever and a one year old so please excuse any dog or kid toy accidentally left under couch.
