Farmhouse completely renovated this year near Pointe de La Torche The space Welcome to Lézinadou, a quiet hamlet located 3 km from La Pointe de La Torche, a top surfing spot in Brittany. This house can only accommodate 4 people. It has just been renovated after 3 years of work with noble materials such as wood, stone, lime, hemp and cork. The accommodation is on one level. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (2 80 cm mattresses that can be separated to make 2 single beds), a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The rest of the ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen-living room and another toilet. The house is adjoining another rental. A common courtyard is located in front of the house and there is a private garden on the side. It is also adjoining the house of our neighbors who reside there permanently. The garage is available to store your sports equipment such as bikes and surfboards. It is shared with the other listing. There is 1 parking space in the courtyard and 2 more in front of the entrance to the property. Bed and bath linens are provided. All sheets are linen or cotton percale and shower towels are organic cotton. The village of Plomeur and its local shops are 5 minutes away, as is Pointe de La Torche with its beaches, surf schools and restaurants. You will be welcomed at the house by your host, Julien who after 10 years of experience in the holiday accommodation sector in La Torche will be happy to advise you on all the activities of the surroundings (surf schools, beaches, nature walks and hikes, water sports, transport, shops, restaurants, visits, local products, events, markets, island getaways...)
