Boat Fees: The HOA will require you fill out documentation about the boat 7 days prior to your arrival, it is $50 per day, or $300 for the week, plus a $50 transaction fee. They do charge a CC service fee, or you can pay with check when you arrive and pick up the parking passes at their HOA office. This charge also includes parking the trailer on site. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
