GUEST PRIVACY & PROPERTY GUIDELINES - To maintain the estate's premier standards, we may occasionally require access for viewings by prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. We provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to any entry and will always endeavor to coordinate a time that works best for your schedule whenever possible. - To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that the home be kept in a tidy condition and that all personal belongings and valuables be secured before any scheduled maintenance or showings. Depending on the nature of the visit, you may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property. Please make yourself comfortable and treat the home and neighbors with care and respect. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT - Check-in is at 4 PM. - Early check-in may be available for a fee if there is no same-day check-out. We can accommodate early luggage drop-off, but guests may not return to the property until 4 PM. - Check-out is at 10 AM. - A complimentary 11 AM check-out may be available with 12 hours' notice, provided there is no same-day check-in. HOUSE RULES Deposits & Fees - For bookings of 30 days or more, an additional damage deposit may apply. -Additional fees may apply for pets, early check-in, late check-out, and similar requests. -A fee will be charged for damaged items, including towels. -Monthly stays (28 to 31+ days): guests are responsible for utilities including gas, water, and power.
