One half block away from the great Hawk's Nest Tavern, and across the street enjoy Suzie B's cafe! Short drive to interstate 90, Lake Vermilion, and an easy commute to Sioux Falls. The space We also offer a shuttle, which can take you to local bars, attractions, or even to get you to your worksite or hunting/fishing site. Free pickup in Sioux Falls or Mitchell if you are staying at least 7 nights. This could possibly be cheaper than paying for a rental car, very handy if you need airport pickup or another location. Our vans are commercially insured and offer 8 and 15 passenger capacities. We also have additional studio apartments available with adjoining doors if you have a group. Maid service free with nightly rates. Maid service available upon request at an extra charge for bi-weekly or monthly rates. Check-in time is 6PM. Check out is 10AM. Early check-in and late check out available for a fee. The mini fridge will be off, so feel free to turn it on. Park in front of your door only please. Inside the kitchenette cabinets you will find your coffee maker and crock pot/cookware/silverware/dishes, etc. By the entry door is the iron, ironing board, broom, and folding chairs to chill in nice weather outside or if you have friends who need to sit down inside. Disclaimer: Electric heat and AC. We do not have natural gas at this property. There is no need for a carbon monoxide detector. Guest access You will have a 12' x 22' room plus a 6' x 8' bathroom. Your room has two full beds and a retractable curtain which reaches all the way across the room, dividing the room into 2 sleeping spaces. A kitchenette with two stove tops, microwave, mini fridge, pots/pans, cutlery, crock pot, coffee pot. The bathroom features a roomy walk-in shower, grab bars, 15" stool, and vanity with medicine cabinet. Pack N' Plays available for infants. Iron and ironing board included.
