The house has been in my family for over 30 years, and our summer getaway has always been available for vacation rentals. Starting this year, we decided to list it on Airbnb. Simple house, without internet, without television and air-conditioning, the furniture is not planned and everything is very simple. We have two fans. It is located 1 block from the well-known "Petiscaria Silva." The distance from the Avenue is 5 blocks and from the beach is 4 blocks. Safe and quiet location. The space It ACCOMMODATES 8 people and it is forbidden to put tents on the grass. It has three bedrooms, as follows: . 1 - 1 full bed . 2 - 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed . 3 - 2 One bathroom in the indoor area with a plastic shower stall and another in the outdoor area used for post-beach bathing. Barbecue in the indoor area (next to the kitchen) with some skewers for use. Living and dining room with sofa and table. The house has no covered garage, only a car entrance in the front area, which is the same area with a low wall. NOTE: - We ask that guests who have pets not leave dirt in the patio. - If possible, collect organic waste from the kitchen trash can. Other things to note WE DO NOT PROVIDE bed and bath linens, we provide a beach chair.
