AH House promises a stunning and unforgettable experience. Enjoy panoramic views from the outdoor patio, and take advantage of the boat ramp, dock, and fire pit to fully unwind. The 2 bed 1 bath home has plenty of room for family and friends to relax and unwind and can comfortably accommodate up to five people. The fully stocked kitchen provides the opportunity to cook up your favorite meals or pamper yourself with a french press coffee. Unforgettable memories are sure to be made here! The space Outside: - Beautiful screened in porch overlooking the lake with seating for four - Two kayaks provided for guests to use - 1 SUP provided for guests to use - Private dock, perfect for swimming, fishing or parking a boat - Boat ramp to launch your boat - Fire-Pit (Please bring your own wood) - Room for games like corn hole (provided) bocce ball or horse shoes - Propane grill - Plenty of parking for multiple cars Inside the home: - Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, knives, etc.) - Coffee bar (Keurig, drip coffee, and french press) - Seating four four at the kitchen table - Central AC / Heat - Arcade with Pac-Mania, Pac-Man, Pac & Pal, Super Pac-Man, Pac-Man Plus, Pac-Land, Galaga, Galaxian, Galaga '88, Mappy, Dig Dug, Dig Dug II, Rompers, and Rolling Thunder - Smart TV - Fast WiFi - Comfortable seating for 5 in the living room - Comfortable bedding - Linens and Towels provided for each guest - Cleaning supplies provided Guest access Guests can access the property through a smart lock located at the back door on the patio (near parking). The code for the lock will be provided the evening before check-in and the code will work for the duration of their stay. To lock the door, simply hold the # button for three seconds. Other things to note Guest Amenities – Add on features for guests looking to save time and hassle at the lake. To help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options: • Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Firewood can be found at the Station 2 in Prosperity, right near Dreher Island! • Pet-Friendly Stay: We happily welcome up to two dogs with a $125 pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.) • Beach Towels: We do not provide these but these can be found at the Lowes Foods in Chapin, or the Walmart in Newberry. House Rules & Important Information To ensure a wonderful experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following: • No parties or events are permitted. If a gathering occurs, guests will be asked to end it immediately. A second occurrence will result in cancellation without a refund. • This is a strictly no smoking and no vaping property—thank you for helping us keep the home fresh for everyone. • The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. • Pets are not allowed on furniture, and we appreciate you cleaning up after your pet while on the property. • Winter Note: During winter months, the lake water level is lower. The beautiful view remains the same, though water depth at the dock may be reduced.
