The apartment is on the hillside on the edge of the village of Mollieres surrounded by meadows. Guests will enjoy the peace and sheer beauty of the mountains. A glass door leads out onto a wooden balcony. A large skylight lights the back of the living area where there is a wooden dining table and a brand new fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Wooden stairs lead upstairs to the sleeping area. It makes a tranquil retreat at any time of year. For skiing in the winter months, the nearest ski lifts are at Cesana Torinese and for ski slopes, Sansicario Alto is just 10 minutes away. Sestriere (20 minutes), which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, has a lot to offer throughout the year. In the winter months, there is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open in the winter and summer seasons. Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The Chaberton Adventure Park (3 minutes) makes an exciting day out. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.
