The kitchen is equipped with all the basic accessories for preparing food, meals and coffee (including microwave, air fryer, blender, pressure cooker, frying pans, etc.). The space The apartment is in a privileged location in terms of transportation: 100 meters from the beach and from the other end of the street you can access Av. Presidente Kennedy, which has all kinds of shops and restaurants. The condominium is very quiet, mostly elderly residents. Guest access Despite having a leisure area, unfortunately, access to seasonal tenants is not allowed. Other things to note The condominium does not have a 24-hour doorman. For a better experience, check-in is not allowed before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. (only at the time of arrival and departure when the apartment is handed over, the rest of the period is open at any time).
