Villas Roma del Mar combines privacy with a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home. It’s common to see birds, butterflies, and howler monkeys. Residents enjoy walking or jogging around the property in the mornings. Playa Pradera is 5 minutes away (ideal for swimming and kayaking). Playa Blanca is 10 minutes away, with white sand and crystal-clear waters. Montezuma, Santa Teresa, and Sámara are 1.5 to 2 hours by car, perfect for day trips. The Playa Naranjo–Puntarenas ferry is 3 km away. Within the complex: Aroma del Mar restaurant with a varied menu and artisanal pizzas, and a well-stocked mini market. Guest access Guests have full access to the villa, including the private pool, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, gardens, and outdoor areas. Important: Music is allowed until 10:00 p.m. out of respect for neighbors. Transportation: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, especially during the rainy season. Access is mostly paved, with some gravel sections. We can assist with car rental arrangements. There is no public transportation. Informal taxis are available by reservation (advance planning is recommended). Liberia International Airport: 2.5 hours. San José (SJO) Airport: 1.5 hours via ferry.
