*10 Guests Maximum at all times - Strictly Enforced* Charming home right downtown. Walk to everything! Deck with a view of the harbor! Extensive landscaped private gardens. Completely fenced yard. Recent complete remodel with new fixtures, glass showers, new furniture, etc. Large screen TV downstairs set up for your own personal theater experience. 25' x 50' deck features outdoor furniture, a dining table, fire-table and stainless steel barbeque. Sleeps up to 10 people in super comfy new beds. The space You may have up to 10 registered guests on the property at all times. This rule is strictly enforced. Only a maximum of 10 people are allowed on the property for normal short term rental bookings. There is a $2,500 REFUNDABLE "resort fee" collected at the time of booking as a deposit to ensure this policy is met. Upon checkout, this fee will be refunded after adherence to the guest policy. Unfortunately, We have had countless issues with unregistered events, gatherings, and general extra guests to the point where we must strictly enforce this policy. You may, however have extra guests (up to 250) for event, gatherings, get togethers, etc. by paying the $2,500 event fee. To have ANY additional people on the property you must pay the event and gathering fee and sign a contract AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. The event and gathering cost for up to 250 additional guests is $2,500 per day, in addition to the nightly rental cost. You may NOT rent the property for 10 or less, then just have people "stop by" during the day. Unfortunately, we have had multiple people attempt to sidestep the event and gathering fee by doing this. Please let us know upon booking if you would like to host an event. ***If you attempt to have an unauthorized event at this property (more than 10 people), your reservation will be canceled immediately and you will be asked to leave immediately without refund for any nights paid in advance or the $2,500 "resort fee". No exceptions.*** Other things to note This property has exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the house.
