The open plan living area is spacious and bright and includes two luxury sofas, 4 seat dining table and large windows and doors leading out onto extensive private decking. The kitchen has a 3 stool breakfast bar and includes all major appliances - fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker and microwave. There's plenty of worktop and storage space to make even the longest stay more than comfortable. The master bedroom is a spacious king sized bed with walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower. The twin room also has a walk-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has bath with shower over. The wraparound decking includes an upper platform and a lower bird hide providing far reaching views across the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve to the coast. Wall mounted TVs, superfast wifi and Lithe audio ceiling speakers means you are fully connected for work or leisure. Guest access Complete detached lodge including private decking, a small grassed garden area and private parking. Other things to note All on-site facilities are available to guests: indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool, steam room, gym, bar, restaurant, outdoor terrace, children’s play park and playing field. If guests wish to use the pool then a swim pass can be purchased from reception and used throughout your stay. Short stays: £20 adult £15 child 7 nights+ £35 adult £25 child Note: The pool operates without a lifeguard so has strict supervision ratios: Ages 0-3: 1 adult to 1 child Ages 4-7: I adult to 2 children Ages 8-15: 1 adult to 3 children The gym is accessed via a fob on guest key ring. Guests must sign a waiver on reception before first use. A free gym induction is available on request. The Harbour Bar serves food and drink.
