Our apartment is on the top of N. Queen Anne Hill with a private entrance and patio with a seasonal rose garden. We also provide a very well stocked kitchen and work space. Centrally located a 10-15 min drive or 25-40 min walk from QA, Ballard, Interbay, SLU, downtown, Fremont and Magnolia. In a safe/quiet neighborhood with easy and free street parking, a few blocks from Seattle Pacific Uni. and the Ship Canal Trail. Has electric fireplace, A/C, and fast WIFI. Unit is located on the 1st floor. The space Our completely renovated 1940’s home includes your daylight one bedroom apartment on the bottom floor. You’ll have your own entrance and there is a longterm tenant and caretaker who lives in the main house above. The western facing location on the north hill of Queen Anne, means you have wonderful sunsets and sunlight in the apartment all afternoon and evening. Perfect for relaxing in the rose garden on sunny days. Guest access You will have private access to your one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom, as well as a patio. The laundry room is shared access with our longterm tenant and available on request. You will also have shared access to a large garden and backyard. Other things to note While we are not always on site as the owners, we have a wonderfully kind longterm Seattle resident as your upstairs neighbor who many guests get to meet. Our ceilings and doors are full height, but some extra tall visitors may have to bend under the doorway or in the shower. We have completely renovated and improved soundproofing on the apartment, but it’s also a 1940’s home. You will hear occasional footsteps or grandchildren visiting upstairs.
