Other things to note ***ZERO TOLERANCE NO PARTIES POLICY*** There are outdoor security cameras located in the front and back of the property. ***We have young children living in the cul da sac so our policies regarding parties, events and issues with noise levels will be strictly enforced*** There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels. If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in 15 minutes. These are the local ordinances from the city, not our rules. We allow a maximum of 9 adults at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 9 people, and we do have additional fee for additional guests. The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. If you want to bring more, consent must be given by the owner through the Airbnb messaging App.
