The apartment has a great kitchen to prepare your food, laundry to wash your clothes and a huge balcony to see the sunset with a beautiful view! TV room, dining room and kitchen integrating the same environment and making us comfortable and close at the same time! It has a very large balcony to sit and enjoy the late afternoon watching the sunset and a laundry room that you can use and wash your clothes, but don't forget your soap and softener, okay? Your bedroom has a queen size bed, a 42-inch smart TV, air conditioning, a wardrobe and a desk for you to work or study. In addition, I also have an iron, fan, hairdryer and bedding, you just need to let me know what you need and I can get it for you! Other things to note Some important information about the environment: I live in the apartment with two male dogs, Benjamin and Joaquim. They are small, do not bite and are very cute. Joaquim loves to receive affection and a lap from visitors :) Another thing: food, as well as soap powder and fabric softener, are not included in the stay, but you can bring your own and use the rooms to prepare and use them!
