The apartment features a fully equipped open plan kitchen overlooking two lounge areas. There is a garage as well as additional unallocated parking for extra vehicles. Full DSTV service is included as well as wifi. If you’re watching your favourite TV shows, bring your Netflix log in details and you can use the Netflix app loaded on the TV. There is a desk in the second bedroom which allows you to keep up to date with your work commitments while enjoying the comfort of the apartment and or while the family is at the swimming pool A few meters away is the kiddies and adults swimming pool, making this an ideal location on those hot Ballito days. Other things to note This is not a wheel chair friendly apartment as guests will have to climb some steps to get up to the apartment. Please note - The unit and the estate are not pet friendly. CLEANING The apartment is NOT serviced daily. Guests can request daily cleaning and linen or towel changes during their stay at an additional fee. These services can be arranged ahead of arrived or during your stay. During peak season, these services must be booked in advance. Guests who book for 10 nights or more, will receive a complimentary mid stay clean where the linen and towels are changed. STARTER PACK The apartment is equipped with a basic starter pack consisting of 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, tea, coffee, sugar and Nespresso pods. Once the starter pack is finished, guests will be required to provide their own products during their stay. BABY ITEMS We have a number of basic baby items such as baby bath, car seat for infants, camp cot / pack and play and high chair available at an additional fee for guests who wish to travel light. MEAL VOUCHERS Although this is a self catering apartment, we are able to assist guests with pre ordering meal vouchers to some of the best restaurants in Ballito.
