Quintessential New Mexico Adobe!

Welcome to our adobe retreat beneath the towering cottonwoods in Albuquerque's beautiful North Valley. This 1940s adobe charmer sleeps 6, and includes 2 baths, an office, and yoga studio. Minutes from Los Poblanos, Old Town, The Aquarium, Zoo, and Botanic Gardens, this property is truly special. Features include brick and hardwood floors, a chefs kitchen, wood beam ceilings, and lush landscaping. This is the essence of New Mexico captured in a home AND it’s only 8 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park! The space 2 private bedrooms with queen beds and an additional Sealy air mattress or comfortable couch for 2 guests to accommodate a total of 6 guests. The yoga studio is a flexible space and can easily be converted into a bedroom using the air mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, baking dishes and sheets, serving dishes, cutting boards, glasses, mugs, and dishes. Small appliances include coffee machine and press, and multipurpose oven/air fryer/toaster (Emeril Lagasse brand). Bedrooms have fresh linens and brand new hybrid mattresses. The air mattress is new as well and has new fresh linens too! Bathrooms have aromatic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Also outfitted with fresh white fluffy linens and makeup removing cloths. Washer and dryer are in house and available for guest use. There are also cleaning supplies available with instructions for use. For extended stays, we can discuss and arrange professional cleaning services. Guest access There is plenty of off street parking available. Guests will enter through the side door containing a keypad. Upon booking additional details will be provided. Other things to note The home is located in the beautiful North Valley in Albuquerque. It’s walking/biking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, a neighborhood grocery store, and the Rio Grande Nature Center. With an abundance of trails to explore in the Rio Grande Bosque, it’s a gem! This is our first experience with vacation renting. We truly love NM and historic homes. We spent countless hours decorating and outfitting our home to ensure our guests have an incredible experience in NM. We hope you love the land of enchantment as much as we do!
