Gite at Adèle's

This single-story house will be your ideal place to stay with family or friends in the heart of Berry. You will appreciate the proximity to shops and restaurants but also the quietness of the countryside. Close to the Bains-Douches, the Pôle du Cheval et de l'Âne and its racecourse. Direct access to hiking trails, also appreciate its central location for all your getaways: castles, gardens, donkey rides, canoeing on the river, flea markets, local markets... The space House renovated with care, access to a living room composed of a living room and a well-equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker) with an extendable table that can accommodate 6 people. In the living room you will enjoy board games at your disposal, tourist documentation and a TV. The living room leads to two bedrooms. On one side, the spacious family room, consisting of a 160 cm bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, dresser and TV. It gives access to a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and separate toilet. On the other side, you will enjoy the second bedroom, bright, consisting of a wardrobe and a 140 cm bed. You will also have access to a bathroom and separate toilet. The hallway (equipped with a coat rack) also gives access to the courtyard, through a veranda. The yard is completely fenced. The garden table, chairs and barbecue are sheltered for your meals in the shade on sunny days. Guest access The entire property as well as the small courtyard are private and not overlooked. Other things to note The beds are made upon arrival, bed linen and household linen are provided (bath towels, bath mats, tea towels). When you arrive, you will find a welcome kit including: 2 garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine tablet, coffee filters, salt and pepper. The gîte must be returned clean, you will have at your disposal the necessary maintenance (household products, vacuum cleaner, microfiber, mop). We offer a cleaning fee on request of €40 per stay. A deposit of €400 will be required upon check-in. A crib and high chair can be provided on request. Dogs accepted, only after agreement with the owner (prohibited from going into bedrooms/bathrooms, climbing on bedding and picking up excrement). Between November 1st and March 31st, an additional €5/night will be charged to cover the heating costs (electric heating).
