Blue Hill is a renovated farmhouse in the quiet town of Hancock. It offers three spacious bedrooms and and two full baths. There is a daybed located in the "changing room" between the main bedroom and main bath as well as an air mattress. Enjoy time hiking, kayaking, and boating in this quaint town located right off route 70. The space Blue Hill is a newly renovated home built around 1920. Guests will typically enter through the Mudroom into the kitchen. All three bedrooms are located upstairs as well as the two full bathrooms. There are no bathrooms on the first floor. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and full washer and dryer. The gas heating keeps the home toasty in the winter and produces a nice hot shower after a day on the trails! Guest access Guests at Blue Hill have full access to the entire home. There is no current access to the shed or the basement. Other things to note This home is located about 1/2 mile from the Rails and Trails in Hancock.
