*The Verandas is currently working on one of their elevators. One elevator will continue to function during this process. Maintenance is also being done on the building’s breezeways and parking garage. One level of the parking garage will be worked on at a time. Guests should expect noise associated with this work.* The space 2 PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE Bedding Details: No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Their hot tub will remain open year round. The minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as the hallways, parking area, and pool areas, that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
