Other things to note Please note before confirming reservation that there are ongoing construction works being done in the vicinity of the apartment building. Construction noises follow all EPA noise regulations as construction work can only be done during regular work hours on weekdays and half days on regular Saturdays. Please plan accordingly. ** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. ** Lost key penalty - $300
