There is no lift, so please keep this in mind when booking. You’ll have the whole place to yourself. One section of wardrobe space is kept for the owner. 🌍 Out & about One of the best things about staying here is how easily you can move around London. 🚏 Bus stops just 2 minutes away 🚇 Around 10 minutes’ walk to Shepherd's Bush Market tube station 🛍️ About 15 minutes to Westfield London for shopping, dining and entertainment Nearby you’ll also find: 🌳 Ravenscourt Park for walks and fresh air ☕ independent coffee shops 🍴 restaurants from all over the world 🎵 live music and local pubs It’s a vibrant, multicultural neighbourhood that gives you a genuine taste of London life while staying well connected to the centre. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Co-op Food and a Tesco Express supermarket a few minutes walk away. ** We would like to remind all travellers that this flat is on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift. It is therefore not recommended for people with mobility issues *** Guest access You will have access to the entire flat. However, only use the bedroom wardrobes on the left since the host has her storage in the wardrobe section to the right. Other things to note We want to try to cater for all guests therefore please do bear in mind this is our family home and there are a few additional rules: - Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. - Smoking is strictly prohibited, an extra charge will apply should any rules be broken. The building is a non-smoking zone. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. - No pets allowed - No unregistered guests allowed - Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am; - Access to the neighbour's rooftop is not allowed. - Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it (close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. - A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them. - Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leave - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - If anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced. My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
